PRM Engineering Services – Sentinel VISION AI was presented as a Finalist in the prestigious Synaco Safety Award by Rino Caprioli, National Safety Manager, Synaco Global during the 2023 Queensland Australian Community Achievement Awards Gala Presentation Dinner on Friday 17th November 2023 at the Royal on the Park Brisbane.
Hosted by Kendall Gilding, 7NEWS Presenter. More than 350 guests gathered from across the State to celebrate Queensland’s high achievers.
The Synaco Safety award is for organisations demonstrating a clear focus on safety and recognises innovative and tailored approaches to the safety and well-being of employees, clients and members of the community. Previous finalist and winners have included Komatsu Mining and Sunpork.
Special appreciation and thanks to Synaco and all the sponsors involved as well as to all our customers who have supported us. Over 200 systems have been installed across Australia to date.

Powered by state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, this system identifies when individuals enter hazardous zones near mobile machinery. It provides real-time alerts to both operators and pedestrians, enabling them to take immediate action and prevent accidents. Developed through extensive trials and feedback from major players in recycling, construction, mining, and rail industries, Sentinel VISION AI is meeting a critical need in high-risk environments. It won the Safety category in the 2021/22 Safework Queensland Awards, proving to be vital in an industry known for its safety challenges.
The Awards night was the culmination of a tremendously successful year with hundreds of nominations received from across Queensland.
